Drew McIntyre, a well-known WWE star, has made his debut in Hollywood with a supporting role in the new action-thriller “The Killer’s Game.” In a recent online Q&A session, McIntyre shared how his wrestling career prepared him for acting. He explained that his years in WWE made him very comfortable in front of cameras, even more so than interacting with people in real life. The emotional and action-packed storylines in wrestling unknowingly trained him for different acting roles.

McIntyre found that his experience in WWE, particularly the ability to improvise, was very helpful on the movie set. He mentioned feeling nervous at first, but encouragement from fellow wrestler-turned-actor Dave Bautista helped him relax. McIntyre also noted that seeing the red light on set felt familiar, likening it to his 17-year career in wrestling. With “The Killer’s Game” now in theaters, audiences can watch McIntyre’s transition from the wrestling ring to the big screen.
