WWE Challenges MLW’s Registration of “The Hart Foundation” Trademark
The name “The Hart Foundation” holds significant historical importance in professional wrestling, particularly due to its association with the Hart family and their legacy within WWE. The original Hart Foundation, consisting of Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart, made a lasting impact on the industry during the 1980s and 1990s.
WWE recently filed to trademark the name “The Hart Foundation” and was granted a 90-day extension to contest MLW’s registration of the same trademark. WWE now has until September 11 to formally oppose MLW’s registration.
