Tommy Dreamer declares Christian Cage as AEW’s most hated wrestler, outshining Jon Moxley and Don Callis
Christian Cage has emerged as a standout performer in AEW, earning praise from fans for his segments over the past year despite playing a villainous role. Tommy Dreamer, speaking on “Busted Open Radio,” declared Cage as the most hated man in AEW. While Jon Moxley is gaining ground in this regard, especially after attacking his former friend Bryan Danielson, he still has a way to go before reaching Cage’s level of notoriety.
Dreamer also mentioned Don Callis as another effective heel in AEW, but noted that Callis currently lacks direction and his managed talents struggle to elicit strong reactions from the audience. Interestingly, Cage holds a guaranteed AEW World Championship Match contract, similar to WWE’s Money in the Bank briefcase. This means he could potentially cash in on a vulnerable Danielson to claim the AEW World Championship, further intensifying the audience’s dislike for him.
