Nyla Rose Returns to AEW Dynamite After Nine-Month Hiatus
Nyla Rose, former AEW Women’s World Champion, is set to return to AEW Dynamite on June 19th after a nine-month hiatus. Her last Dynamite appearance was in September 2023.
Rose will be competing in a quarterfinal match of The Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament against Kris Statlander.
Although absent from Dynamite, Rose has remained active, notably in ROH, where she has had nine matches in 2024, with her only loss being to Athena in a match for the ROH Women’s World Championship.

The June 19th episode of AEW Dynamite will also feature other matches, including MJF vs. RUSH, The Young Bucks vs. The Acclaimed, and an eight-man tag match. Additionally, there will be a contract signing for the AEW Women’s World Championship match at Forbidden Door and a face-to-face between Swerve Strickland and Will Ospreay.
