Moose praises TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth’s impact on company after Victory Road match

Moose, an eight-year veteran of TNA, recently faced current TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth at the Victory Road event. Despite not winning the title, Moose acknowledges Nemeth’s importance to the company’s recent positive changes. In an interview with Sports Illustrated, Moose praised Nemeth’s in-ring ability and the aura he brings to TNA, recognizing him as a crucial asset following the company’s rebranding from Impact Wrestling back to TNA.

Throughout his career, Moose has held various versions of the TNA/Impact World Championship three times. One notable instance was during the COVID-19 pandemic when he reintroduced the TNA World Championship. This occurred at a time when then-Impact World Champion Tessa Blanchard was unable to defend her title regularly, allowing Moose to bring back the classic TNA title and create new opportunities amid the challenging circumstances of 2020.
