Kevin Owens calls Sami Zayn “least reliable” outside the ring, maintains strong bond with Cody Rhodes
Kevin Owens, known for his past betrayals of friends in WWE, recently addressed concerns about his friendship with Cody Rhodes. In an interview, Owens surprisingly turned the spotlight onto his longtime friend and rival, Sami Zayn, calling him “one of the least reliable people ever” outside the ring. Owens humorously described Zayn’s tendency to respond late to messages and requests for help, emphasizing his unreliability in everyday situations.
Despite Owens’ comments about Zayn’s unreliability, their on-screen relationship has remained relatively stable. Their most recent split was due to a WWE trade rather than a betrayal. The two even teamed up for a match in Tokyo on July 27 against members of The Bloodline. In contrast to his past friendships, Owens has maintained a strong bond with Cody Rhodes, as evidenced by their hug following their championship match at WWE Bash in Berlin.
