IYO Sky's Participation in Marigold's Summer Destiny Leads to Surge in Ticket Sales

IYO Sky, a wrestler from WWE’s RAW brand, generated significant buzz after appearing in a video announcement for the upcoming Marigold event, Summer Destiny. Sky is set to face Utami Hayashishita at the July 13th event.

The announcement surprised many fans, including Hayashishita herself. It appears to be a positive development for Marigold as well. According to Marigold’s Rossy Ogawa, ticket sales increased by 600 within a day of the announcement. Ogawa attributed this to Sky’s popularity and reputation as a skilled wrestler.

“Inviting a star from the world’s largest wrestling organization has highlighted Marigold’s significance on a global scale,” Ogawa said. “The match between Utami and IYO is a strong contender for the best match of the year.”

Sky’s appearance in Marigold comes just one week after she is scheduled to compete in the Money in the Bank ladder match at WWE’s upcoming pay-per-view event in Toronto. Sky qualified for the match by winning a triple threat match on RAW.
