David “Gangrel” Heath’s surprise appearance at AEW Double Or Nothing 2024 was orchestrated by Adam Copeland, who persisted in his desire to include Heath in the Barbed Wire Steel Cage match. Heath was grateful for the opportunity despite concerns about his physical abilities.
