Adam Copeland Recovers from Injury, Considers Opening Wrestling School and Character Reinvention
Adam Copeland, known for his wrestling career, is currently recovering from a broken tibia he suffered during a Steel Cage match in May. While on the mend, Copeland has been considering new ventures, including the possibility of starting a wrestling finishing school with his wife, Beth Phoenix. The school would aim to help wrestlers improve their skills, potentially located in Asheville and involving other notable wrestlers like FTR.
During his recovery, Copeland has reflected on how his injuries have shaped his wrestling persona over the years. He’s contemplating reinventing his character for his eventual return, possibly as a grizzled veteran. Although Copeland underwent successful surgery in June and can now walk and even enter a ring, he feels he still needs more time to heal fully before making his comeback. As of now, there’s no set date for his return to wrestling.
