Former WWE Champion Sid Vicious passed away at the age of 63, prompting fellow wrestlers to share memories of his career. Konnan, who worked with Vicious in WCW, remembered him as a cool, fun-loving person who always had a box of Captain Crunch cereal with him. Konnan also noted Vicious’ impressive physical appearance, describing him as having a “freak of a look.”

Other wrestlers have also spoken fondly of Vicious. Booker T credited him with helping to launch the career of Harlem Heat in WCW, mentioning that Vicious took them under his wing and secured their first pay-per-view match. Despite his impact on the industry and the high regard in which he was held by his peers, many have noted that Vicious never received a WWE Hall of Fame induction during his lifetime. It is expected that he will likely be inducted posthumously in a future ceremony.
