Dominik Mysterio praises new relationship with Liv Morgan, contrasts it with Rhea Ripley partnership

In an interview, Mysterio expressed that Morgan is superior to Ripley, citing the mutual respect and acceptance in their relationship. He highlighted how Morgan appreciates him for who he is, including his love for chicken tenders, video games, and his distinctive appearance.

Mysterio also addressed fans’ misconceptions about his previous relationship with Ripley. He pointed out that their partnership began with Ripley physically dominating him and described instances where she was unsupportive, such as threatening him when he lost his NXT North American Title. In contrast, Mysterio praised Morgan for her supportive nature, even before they were officially together, using his loss to his father Rey Mysterio as an example of her positive attitude.

This change in Mysterio’s romantic alignment has led to him and Morgan becoming a prominent couple on WWE Raw. The shift marks a significant departure from his previous storyline with Ripley and the Judgment Day faction, suggesting a new direction for his character in WWE programming.
