Diamond Dallas Page, a former WCW star known for popularizing “The Cutter” move in the 1990s, has praised Randy Orton for taking the maneuver to new heights with his RKO finisher. In a recent interview, DDP called Orton the most underrated megastar of all time, highlighting his impressive look, health, and overall performance in the ring.

DDP expressed admiration for Orton’s ability to perform versions of The Cutter that he himself couldn’t do. He praised Orton’s appearance, size, mic skills, in-ring work, aggressiveness, and intensity. DDP even suggested that Orton could be considered for wrestling’s metaphorical Mount Rushmore.

The Cutter remains a popular move in professional wrestling, with current stars like WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and AEW International Champion Will Ospreay using their own variations. Rhodes performs the “Cody Cutter,” while Ospreay utilizes the “Oscutter,” both of which are unique springboard versions of the iconic maneuver.
