Charlotte Flair Provides Update on Knee Injury Recovery Progress
Charlotte Flair, a leading figure in the WWE women’s division for over a decade, experienced a setback in December 2023 due to a serious knee injury during her match with Asuka. Since then, Flair has been actively working towards recovery and recently shared a positive update on her progress via social media.
In her post, Flair stated, “Today, was my first biodex (isokinetic training) test! I needed to be in the 40 percent or less deficit for strength compared to my non-surgical leg…..I had 20 percent or less quad strength and in some of the measurements I was stronger in my surgical leg…I MISS YOU GUYS & can’t wait to lace my boots again!”
During her time away from WWE, Flair also generated excitement among fans by announcing her involvement in an independent film titled “You Lose You Die,” offering a first look from the movie which gained considerable attention.
As Flair continues her notable recovery journey, anticipation builds among fans for her return to wrestling and her role in WWE’s ongoing developments. Her resilience and determination have positioned her to make a significant impact in this new era of WWE.
