AEW’s Willow Nightingale expresses interest in intergender matches, names potential male opponents
Intergender wrestling has gained popularity in recent years, and AEW star Willow Nightingale has expressed interest in facing some of the male wrestlers on the roster. In a recent interview, Nightingale mentioned Lee Moriarty as her first choice, citing their shared experience on the independent circuit. She also expressed a desire to face Bryan Danielson before his retirement, although she clarified that she wouldn’t want to be the one to end his career.
Nightingale’s list of potential male opponents also includes Eddie Kingston, highlighting the depth of talent in AEW’s roster. However, she’s likely less enthusiastic about facing Stokely Hathaway, who has been assisting her rival Kris Statlander. Hathaway recently helped Statlander defeat Nightingale in a non-title Street Fight at AEW All Out, adding tension to their ongoing feud.
