AEW’s The Conglomeration: A Fan-Favorite Group Born from Shared Struggles
The Conglomeration, a group in AEW consisting of Orange Cassidy, Mark Briscoe, Kyle O’Reilly, Willow Nightingale, and recently added NJPW star Tomohiro Ishii, has become a fan favorite in 2024. In a recent interview, Cassidy explained that the group formed when they were all going through similar experiences of feeling alone and abandoned. They decided to come together, supporting each other through tough times.
Cassidy spoke highly of Nightingale, mentioning that she had wanted to work with him for some time and that her presence always lifts everyone’s spirits. He also shared a humorous description of the group dynamics, quoting O’Reilly: “I’m the brains, Mark is the muscle, Kyle is the looks, and Willow is the person in the van that tells us to stop yelling or she’ll turn the car around.” This lighthearted characterization gives insight into the camaraderie and distinct personalities within The Conglomeration.
