Following his intense victory over Swerve Strickland in a Lights Out Steel Cage Match, “Hangman” Adam Page’s next challenge in AEW appears to be Jeff Jarrett. On a recent episode of AEW Dynamite, Jarrett vowed to confront Page in defense of Tony Schiavone and the AEW locker room. This potential matchup has caught the attention of WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray, who believes it will be a good follow-up for Page after his storyline with Strickland.

Ray suggests that Jarrett’s experience and wrestling style will bring out a different side of Page, slowing down the pace and telling a compelling story. He also notes that Jarrett has earned respect from the AEW fanbase as a veteran performer. The rivalry between Page and Jarrett has roots in the 2024 Men’s Owen Hart Foundation tournament, where Page defeated Jarrett in the opening round, but Jarrett later played a role in Page’s loss in the finals against Bryan Danielson.
