Adam Copeland, known as “The Rated R Superstar,” has provided an update on his recovery from a broken tibia. The 50-year-old wrestler suffered the injury in May during a match at AEW Double or Nothing 2024. Copeland underwent surgery on June 1 and is now three months into his recovery process.

The wrestler described his rehabilitation journey, focusing on regaining power and flexibility in his leg. He explained that the lower tibia fracture required a plate extending to his ankle bone, which has made the recovery process challenging. While Copeland is now able to walk and perform light ring work, he acknowledges that he still has deficiencies to overcome before returning to full strength. Despite making progress, he was unable to provide a specific timeline for his return to wrestling.
