AEW Collision is facing tough competition from college football and NFL seasons, impacting its viewership. The latest episode drew 268,000 total viewers and a 0.08 rating in the 18-49 demographic. While these numbers show improvement from the previous week’s pre-empted show, they still represent the lowest non-preempted viewership in the show’s history and the second-lowest 18-49 rating. Compared to the four-week average, total viewership was down 29%, and the 18-49 demographic was down 33%.

Despite the challenges, Collision managed to secure the 7th position in the 18-49 demographic among Saturday prime time originals. The main event featured a tag team match between FTR and the Grizzled Young Veterans, with FTR emerging victorious. The show also saw the return of Yuka Sakazaki, who defeated Serena Deeb and had confrontations with AEW Women’s World Champion Mariah May.
