WWE has shared an inside look at the pyrotechnics used for Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes’s entrance. The video reveals that Rhodes’s fireworks display is controlled by a specialized trigger system, resembling a video game controller. This behind-the-scenes glimpse showcases the intricate planning and technology behind WWE’s spectacular visual effects.
In related news, WWE’s television programming is undergoing significant changes. “SmackDown” has moved from Fox to USA Network, where it will join “Raw” until the end of the year. “WWE NXT” is set to debut on The CW on October 1, with special episodes planned in Rosemont, IL and St. Louis, MO. Starting in 2025, “Raw” will make history by moving to Netflix, marking its first-ever streaming platform debut. Additionally, “Raw” will be shortened to two hours beginning in October as part of WWE’s extended agreement with USA Network.
