WWE Raw to Shorten to Two Hours Starting October, Ahead of Netflix Move in 2025

A significant change is coming to WWE Raw. Starting in October, the show will be reduced from three hours to two hours for the remainder of its run on USA Network before moving to Netflix in 2025. This announcement was made during a recent broadcast by new commentator Joe Tessitore.

WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray shared his thoughts on this change, expressing approval and comparing it to the show’s earlier format. He noted that while Raw has been entertaining in recent months, the shorter runtime will challenge wrestlers to perform at their best. Bully Ray believes this will encourage talent to “step up” and potentially influence creative decisions, similar to how unexpected stars like Steve Austin emerged in the past.
