CM Punk and Booker T Mentor NXT Stars, Roxanne Perez Expresses Gratitude for Legendary Guidance

CM Punk has been actively involved in mentoring young talent at WWE NXT since his return to the company. NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez revealed that Punk often makes surprise appearances at their pay-per-view events to watch matches and offer advice to the wrestlers. Perez expressed her gratitude for Punk’s voluntary efforts to support and guide the upcoming stars.

In addition to Punk, Perez also has Booker T as a mentor, whom she has known since her training days at Reality of Wrestling. She finds it surreal to have both these wrestling legends providing her with constant feedback and guidance. Perez appreciates Booker T’s presence at NXT, as it brings a sense of familiarity and allows her to continue seeking his advice after matches, just as she did during her early training.

Perez admitted that she still sometimes feels starstruck when interacting with Punk, Booker T, and other industry veterans. She reflected on how excited her younger self would have been about these encounters, highlighting the significance of having such accomplished mentors in her wrestling career.
