Ricochet Grateful for Ospreay’s Support, Teases Future Clash After AEW Debut
Will Ospreay publicly called for Ricochet to leave WWE and join AEW, criticizing his WWE booking. Three months later, Ricochet made his AEW debut at All In on August 25. In a recent interview, Ricochet expressed gratitude for Ospreay’s support during his final months in WWE, describing their close friendship and how they’ve always clicked since first meeting.
After his AEW debut, Ricochet defeated Kyle Fletcher on “AEW Dynamite” and was confronted by Ospreay. However, their face-off was interrupted when PAC ambushed Ospreay, setting up their International Championship match at AEW All Out. Ricochet and Ospreay have a history of competing against each other in various promotions including NJPW, RevPro, WCPW, and EVOLVE before Ricochet joined WWE in 2018.
