Jim Ross Surprised by Exclusion from Upcoming Vince McMahon Netflix Documentary Series
A Netflix documentary series about Vince McMahon is in the works, aiming to provide insight into the wrestling mogul’s character and career through interviews with people who have worked closely with him. However, Jim Ross, a veteran wrestling commentator and former Head of Talent Relations for WWE, has revealed he was not approached to participate in the project.
Ross expressed surprise at his exclusion, stating that he was one of the closest people to McMahon during his tenure and possesses extensive knowledge about the inner workings of WWE. He speculated that the producers might have had their reasons but emphasized that he would have been willing to contribute his insights to the documentary.
Regarding the potential quality of the series, Ross suggested that its success would largely depend on McMahon’s level of involvement. He praised writer and producer Bill Simmons, expressing hope that the documentary will effectively capture McMahon’s controversial and compelling story. Despite not being included, Ross maintained that he holds no ill feelings about the decision.
