Bryan Danielson defends AEW title against Jack Perry at All Out, retirement looms
AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson is preparing to defend his title against Jack Perry at the upcoming All Out event in Chicago. This match is significant as Danielson has stated he will retire from full-time wrestling after losing the championship. Meanwhile, another highly anticipated match at All Out features former champions Swerve Strickland and “Hangman” Adam Page in a personal feud.
Matt Hardy, on his podcast, shared his thoughts on these matches and potential future scenarios. He expressed interest in seeing Page defeat Strickland and potentially go on to retire Danielson and claim the world title. Hardy believes Page would excel as a heel character due to his recent vicious and malicious behavior. The current match between Page and Strickland is set to be an unsanctioned “lights out” steel cage match, adding intensity to their rivalry.
