Professional wrestler Sid Vicious, known for his work in WCW and WWE, has passed away at 63 due to cancer. Kevin Nash, a former colleague of Vicious, shared memories of their time together on his podcast. Nash revealed that he knew about Vicious’s cancer battle but was unaware of its severity.

Nash fondly remembered Vicious as a frequent workout partner, second only to Triple H in terms of how often they trained together. He recalled Vicious’s dedication to fitness, quoting his philosophy that there’s “no such thing as overtraining, just undereating.” Nash also shed light on the close friendship between Vicious and the late Scott Hall, which was not widely known.
