Sid Vicious, a veteran star of WWE and WCW, has passed away after battling cancer. In the wake of his death, many who knew him or grew up watching him have shared tributes. Eric Bischoff, speaking on his podcast “83 Weeks,” reflected on his relationship with Vicious, describing him as someone he really liked despite not being close friends. Bischoff praised Vicious as the “ultimate team player” in business dealings and highlighted his good character.

While Vicious was known for his intimidating on-screen persona, Bischoff revealed that this was far from his real-life personality. Bischoff emphasized that Vicious was the opposite of his on-screen character, calling him a good human being with his priorities in order. Additionally, it was mentioned that Vicious played a significant role in introducing Booker T and his brother Stevie Ray to professional wrestling, further highlighting his positive impact on the industry.
