Former WWE star Matt Cardona reveals his wrestling Mount Rushmore, including Hogan and Edge
Matt Cardona, a former WWE wrestler, has revealed his personal Mount Rushmore of Wrestling. His choices reflect the wrestlers who have had the most significant impact on his career and life. Cardona’s main selections include Hulk Hogan, Adam Copeland (known as Edge in WWE), “Macho Man” Randy Savage, and Shawn Michaels.
Cardona emphasized the importance of Edge in his career, stating that without him, he might have been fired from WWE in 2007. He praised Randy Savage for his iconic and always-matching outfits, and Shawn Michaels for his in-ring skills and for being one of the first “bad guys” Cardona admired. When given the opportunity to add two more wrestlers to his list, Cardona chose AEW stars Chris Jericho and Christian.
