Ricochet Debuts in AEW as Booker T Predicts Better Fit for Former WWE Star
Ricochet, a professional wrestler who spent nearly seven years in WWE, has made his debut in All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and signed a multi-year contract with the company. The debut took place during the #1 Contendership Casino Gauntlet match at the recent All In event. Booker T, a commentator for WWE NXT, shared his thoughts on Ricochet’s move to AEW on his podcast “The Hall Of Fame.”
Booker T believes that AEW will be a better fit for Ricochet than WWE. He praised Ricochet’s talent and work ethic, describing him as an “extraordinary” and “next level” performer. Booker T suggested that now that Ricochet has experienced working with WWE, he can focus on earning money and having good matches in AEW. While acknowledging that Ricochet may not have reached his full potential in WWE, Booker T also noted that the demanding WWE schedule can be challenging for many wrestlers.
