AEW’s Satnam Singh Captures First Wrestling Title, Wins AAA Tag Team Championship with Raj Dhesi

Satnam Singh, an AEW wrestler since 2021, has won his first championship in professional wrestling. He and Raj Dhesi (formerly known as Jinder Mahal in WWE) became the new AAA Tag Team Champions at TripleMania XXXII in Mexico City on August 17.

Jeff Jarrett, a veteran wrestler and AEW star, witnessed Singh’s victory and shared his observations on his podcast. Jarrett described Singh’s emotional reaction after winning the title, noting how Singh looked up the history of the championship and was visibly thrilled to join the list of former champions.

Despite never having teamed up before, Singh and Dhesi showed great chemistry. Jarrett observed them speaking in their native language before the event and noticed Singh’s unique energy and readiness to perform on one of Mexico’s biggest wrestling stages.

This championship win marks a significant milestone in Singh’s wrestling career, demonstrating his growth and success in the industry since joining AEW two years ago.
