HOOK Reclaims FTW Championship from Jericho in Dramatic All In Match Amid Months-Long Feud

At AEW All In 2024, HOOK reclaimed the FTW Championship from Chris Jericho in a highly anticipated match. The bout was the third on the main card and began with Jericho’s band Fozzy performing his entrance music live. HOOK’s entrance featured his name projected onto the roof.

The match was marked by interference from Jericho’s allies, Big Bill and Bryan Keith, who are part of his group called The Learning Tree. This put HOOK at a disadvantage for much of the contest. However, the tide turned when HOOK revealed he could see out of both eyes by removing his bandages. The match reached its climax when Jericho accidentally took out Big Bill, and HOOK’s father, TAZ, neutralized Keith. This allowed HOOK to secure victory by submitting Jericho with his signature move, the REDRUM.

This match was the culmination of a months-long feud that began in March when Jericho tried to mentor HOOK, but was rejected. Jericho had previously defeated HOOK for the FTW Championship at AEW Dynasty in April, successfully defending it at AEW Double or Nothing in May. The rivalry involved several tag team matches leading up to this final confrontation at All In.
