WWE Women’s Champion Bayley Open to Wrestling in TNA
WWE Women’s Champion Bayley, who secured the title by defeating Io Sky at WrestleMania 40, has expressed interest in potentially wrestling for TNA in the future.
In a recent interview with Cultaholic, Bayley shared her excitement about the recent collaborations between WWE and other promotions, such as TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace’s appearance on NXT TV and IYO SKY’s upcoming match at the Marigold Destiny event.
“Yeah, honestly, the more that it’s been happening, it really didn’t hit me that it was possible until I saw Jordanne Grace come out on NXT,” Bayley stated. “And immediately, text Hunter, text Shawn, and I wanted to be at the show. I’m like, you know what, I would love to be in the front row for this. It’s a historic match. And just to kind of get my face out there, like, ‘Hey, I’m watching. I’m the champion. Can you consider me if we ever do these, you know, something with TNA?’”
Bayley further expressed her enthusiasm for competing in different promotions, stating, “I would love to do that just because it’s different. It’s exciting. It’s something that people will remember and that the fans can really feel like this. How real this all is right now. It’s such a cool time in the business.”
The potential collaboration between Bayley and TNA remains a developing story, with fans eagerly anticipating any future announcements.
