Jacob Fatu Debuts in WWE, Aligns with The Bloodline on SmackDown
On the latest episode of “WWE SmackDown,” Jacob Fatu made a surprising debut, aligning himself with The Bloodline and making a significant impact on the main event scene. The show’s main event featured a match between Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa, the current “Head of the Table.” However, the match was cut short when Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa interfered, causing a disqualification.
As Rhodes found himself outnumbered, Randy Orton and Kevin Owens rushed to the ring to even the odds. The trio managed to corner Sikoa, who initially appeared to be pleading for mercy. However, Sikoa’s demeanor quickly changed as he flashed a grin, signaling the arrival of an unexpected ally. Fatu, who had been lurking in the shadows, emerged and launched a devastating attack on Orton and Owens before setting his sights on Rhodes. In a display of raw power, Fatu positioned Rhodes on the announce desk and delivered a jaw-dropping splash from the top rope, leaving the champion incapacitated. The show concluded with Fatu, Sikoa, Tonga, and Loa standing united in the ring, their hands raised in a show of solidarity.
Fatu, a former Major League Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion, had recently revealed his decision to sign with WWE during WrestleMania 40 weekend in April, following a period of free agency throughout much of 2024. His arrival in WWE and alliance with The Bloodline is expected to have significant implications for the company’s landscape moving forward.
