Chad Gable Medically Cleared for Money in the Bank Qualifier on WWE Raw Despite Wyatt Sicks Attack
On the latest episode of “WWE Raw,” the Wyatt Sicks made their presence known, targeting various talent and staff members behind the scenes and in the production area before making their way to the stage. While the full extent of their victims remains unclear, it has been confirmed that Chad Gable was among those attacked. Gable was originally scheduled to compete in a Money in the Bank triple threat qualifying match against Bronson Reed and Braun Strowman next week. However, during “WWE Main Event,” a graphic aired indicating that Ilja Dragunov would replace Gable in the match.
In a video posted to X (formerly known as Twitter) during “WWE SmackDown,” “Raw” general manager Adam Pearce provided an update on the situation. Despite the attack and being severely shaken up, Pearce announced that Gable had been medically cleared and would indeed compete in the triple threat qualifying match on Monday. Pearce’s message was interrupted several times by static and flashing images, and the video ended with an image of someone’s face appearing on the screen. Prior to the Wyatt Sicks’ onscreen return, a QR code led to a letter thanking the fans but ultimately blaming them for the bloodshed. As “SmackDown” drew to a close, Gable posted an image of Jason Voorhees standing in an open grave on social media, seemingly signaling his return from the dead.
