WWE’s Kevin Owens shares positive update on mother’s health: “Significantly improved”
WWE wrestler Kevin Owens recently shared an update on his mother’s health condition. Before the Money in the Bank event, Owens had revealed that his mother was hospitalized in Quebec with a serious medical issue. Despite the difficult situation, he chose to participate in the event, believing it’s what his mother would have wanted.
In a recent interview, Owens reported that his mother’s condition has significantly improved. She has been discharged from the hospital and is now recovering at home. Owens described the experience as surreal, stating that the events since receiving the urgent call from his father have felt like a blur.
Owens also mentioned that sharing the news about his mother’s condition with the WWE audience during his emotional promo was a therapeutic experience for him. He appreciated that his mother would be able to watch the promo once she recovered.
The wrestler expressed relief at his mother’s progress, noting that the situation is much better now compared to early July when it was particularly worrying. Owens and his family are coping as best they can with the challenging circumstances.
