The Undertaker discusses WWE’s future, questions Raw’s length during backstage SummerSlam visit
The Undertaker made a surprise appearance at WrestleMania 40, helping Cody Rhodes win the Undisputed WWE Championship. Recently, he revealed he was backstage at SummerSlam 2024, where he spoke with Triple H and watched the show from the Gorilla Position.
On his podcast, The Undertaker shared details about his conversation with Triple H. He jokingly told Triple H he’d see him at the next WrestleMania. The Undertaker also questioned the three-hour format of WWE Raw, wondering if it would be shortened to two hours when it moves to Netflix in 2025.
The Undertaker expressed his opinion that three hours is a long time for a wrestling show. He mentioned discussing this with Triple H and Bruce Prichard while watching from the Gorilla Position.
When asked if there were plans for him to appear on-screen at SummerSlam, The Undertaker said no, joking that his time in the spotlight has passed. However, he didn’t rule out future WrestleMania appearances, suggesting they’re always a possibility.
