Nic Nemeth Hails Rey Mysterio and Randy Orton as All-Time Wrestling Greats
TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth believes Rey Mysterio and Randy Orton should be considered among the greatest wrestlers of all time. In a recent interview, Nemeth praised Mysterio’s 35-year career, calling him an “all-time great” and “irreplaceable” figure in wrestling. He highlighted Mysterio’s ability to succeed as an underdog despite his smaller stature compared to many opponents.
Nemeth also noted Mysterio’s popularity in the locker room and his skills as a performer, describing him as the “best babyface” to work with. He mentioned that WWE had tried to find replacements for Mysterio over the years but ultimately failed due to his unique appeal.
Regarding Randy Orton, Nemeth pointed out his impressive championship record. Orton has won 14 world titles, placing him in a tie for the second-most world title reigns in WWE history alongside Triple H and Charlotte Flair. Only John Cena and Ric Flair have more world title wins than Orton.
Nemeth’s comments emphasize the enduring impact and achievements of both Mysterio and Orton in professional wrestling, suggesting they deserve more recognition in discussions about the greatest wrestlers of all time.
