Kevin Nash recalls Brock Lesnar’s dangerous WrestleMania XIX moment and early WWE struggles
In a recent podcast episode, WWE legend Kevin Nash recounted a shocking moment from WrestleMania XIX involving Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle. During their match, Lesnar attempted a dangerous Shooting Star Press move but landed on his head. Nash vividly described the incident, expressing his belief that Lesnar had seriously injured himself or worse. Remarkably, despite suffering a concussion, Lesnar continued the match, improvising with Angle to finish the bout and ultimately securing the win.
Nash also shared personal insights about Lesnar’s early days in WWE. He revealed that during car rides together, Lesnar expressed his dislike for wrestling and struggled with the demands of the pro wrestling lifestyle. Lesnar was reportedly surprised to learn that Nash had been in the business for over two decades. Although Nash and Lesnar were briefly in WWE at the same time, they never had the opportunity to face each other in the ring.
