Kelani Jordan retains NXT North American Women’s Championship in hard-fought battle against Wendy Choo
In an intense matchup at “WWE NXT” No Mercy, Kelani Jordan successfully defended her NXT North American Women’s Championship against Wendy Choo. The match was far from easy for Jordan, as Choo unleashed a fierce and calculated offensive strategy. The bout reached a critical point when Choo locked Jordan in a tight sleeper hold, nearly securing victory.
However, Jordan demonstrated remarkable resilience, breaking free from the hold and mounting a comeback. She landed several forearm strikes before executing a decisive 450 splash from the top rope, pinning Choo for the win after a grueling 13-minute contest. Following the match, Tatum Paxley made a surprise appearance, putting the defeated Choo to sleep in the ring. This victory marks Jordan’s fourth successful title defense in her 85-day reign as the inaugural North American Women’s Champion.
