Jamie Hayter Returns to AEW After 15-Month Absence, Secures Victory in Comeback Match
Jamie Hayter made a triumphant return to AEW after a 15-month absence due to injuries. She first appeared at Wembley Stadium during the All In pre-show, interrupting Saraya’s moment and taking out the Knight family. Hayter then faced Harley Cameron on AEW Dynamite, securing her first victory since dropping the AEW Women’s World Championship to Toni Storm in May 2023.
The match against Cameron was intense, with Hayter showcasing her aggressive style. Despite Cameron’s attempt to use her Sole Food move, Hayter countered with three consecutive backbreakers and finished with her signature Hayterade for the win. After the match, Saraya, who had been at ringside supporting Cameron, used her teammate as a distraction to escape through the crowd. This victory marks Hayter’s comeback after a long recovery period, during which she reportedly needed special medical clearance to compete in her last match before the injury.
