“Hangman” Adam Page sets fire to Swerve Strickland’s childhood home in shocking pre-match attack
In a shocking turn of events, a contract signing segment for an upcoming cage match took an unexpected and fiery twist. Instead of appearing in the ring as scheduled, “Hangman” Adam Page was shown on screen inside his opponent Swerve Strickland’s recently purchased childhood home.
Page, armed with a gas can, poured fuel throughout the house while addressing Strickland. He accused Strickland of making a mistake by revealing something so personally meaningful, especially after Strickland had previously followed Page’s pregnant wife to the hospital. Page threatened that Strickland would have to say goodbye to his championship aspirations and happiness.
The segment culminated in a dramatic and destructive act, as Page set fire to the house. Strickland, watching from the ring in Milwaukee, fell to his knees in tears as he witnessed his childhood home go up in flames. This intense and personal attack has significantly raised the stakes for their upcoming cage match at the All Out event in Chicago.
