Frazer and Axiom reclaim NXT Tag Team Titles as Holland turns on Chase U in shocking post-match attack
In a thrilling match at WWE NXT No Mercy, Nathan Frazer and Axiom reclaimed the NXT Tag Team Championships from Chase U’s Ridge Holland and Andre Chase. The high-flying action of Frazer and Axiom initially overwhelmed Chase, but Holland’s strength kept Chase U competitive throughout the intense 20-minute bout.
The match reached its climax when Axiom kicked out of a powerful combination move from Chase U. As Chase attempted a top rope maneuver, Axiom countered with an Enzuigiri. Frazer and Axiom then executed a spectacular Spanish Fly and Phoenix Splash combo on Chase, securing the pin and the titles.
Following the loss, a shocking turn of events unfolded as Ridge Holland viciously attacked his own teammates. He assaulted Chase, Duke Hudson, and Riley Osborne, ignoring Thea Hail’s pleas to stop. The attack culminated with Holland delivering a brutal DDT to Chase on the announce table, effectively ending Chase U’s brief 18-day reign as champions and potentially signaling the group’s demise.
