Kane recently shared his experience with “wrestler’s court” on The Undertaker’s podcast. This unofficial system was used to handle internal issues in professional wrestling during the Attitude Era and Ruthless Aggression period. Kane acted as a bailiff in one session involving Brian Gewirtz, who was accused of being too close to Edge and Christian.

The Undertaker and Kane recalled that this particular case drew a large crowd of curious wrestlers. They explained that Gewirtz, unfamiliar with the process, took the proceedings seriously and attempted to defend himself. However, the wrestling veterans joked that the best way to survive wrestler’s court was simply to bribe the judge with a bottle of Jack Daniels and apologize. While some wrestlers had negative experiences with this system, Kane and The Undertaker seemed to look back on it with amusement, suggesting that those in charge didn’t always take it as seriously as it appeared.
